Aceptación de los Términos Acceptance of Terms

Al contratar cualquier servicio de Brumea Journeys a través de nuestro sitio web www.brumeajourneys.com.mx, el cliente (en adelante "El Usuario") acepta de manera vinculante los presentes Términos y Condiciones. By contracting any service from Brumea Journeys through our website www.brumeajourneys.com.mx, the client (hereinafter "The User") bindingly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Descripción del Servicio y Niveles de Flota Service Description and Fleet Levels

Brumea Journeys se compromete a proveer servicios de transporte privado bajo los estándares de los niveles contratados: Brumea Journeys is committed to providing private transportation services under the standards of the contracted service levels:

• Vanguard (First Class): Experiencia de máximo lujo (Maybach o similar). Vanguard (First Class): Ultimate luxury experience (Maybach or equivalent).
• The Orizon (Business Class): Logística estratégica para el viajero frecuente. The Orizon (Business Class): Strategic logistics for the frequent traveler.
• L'Essence (On Demand): Disponibilidad y fluidez inmediata. L'Essence (On Demand): Immediate availability and seamless mobility.

Reservaciones y Pagos Reservations and Payments

• Toda reserva se considera confirmada una vez procesado el pago a través de nuestra pasarela segura (Mercado Pago). All reservations are considered confirmed once payment has been processed through our secure gateway (Mercado Pago).
• Las tarifas están sujetas a cambios según temporada, disponibilidad o requerimientos especiales del cliente. Rates are subject to change based on season, availability, or special client requirements.

Políticas de Cancelación y Reembolsos Cancellation and Refund Policies

Para mantener nuestro estándar de puntualidad y exclusividad, aplicamos las siguientes políticas: To maintain our standard of punctuality and exclusivity, the following policies apply:

• Cancelaciones con más de 24 horas de antelación: Reembolso del 100% (menos posibles comisiones bancarias externas). Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: 100% refund (less any applicable external bank fees).
• Cancelaciones entre 12 y 24 horas antes del servicio: Se aplicará un cargo de penalización del 50% del total de la reserva. Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours before service: A 50% penalty charge of the total reservation will apply.
• Cancelaciones con menos de 12 horas o "No Show": No habrá reembolso; se realizará el cargo por el 100% del servicio. Cancellations within 12 hours or "No Show": No refund will be issued; 100% of the service will be charged.

Puntualidad y Tiempos de Espera Punctuality and Wait Times

• Traslados de Salida / Punto a Punto: Se otorga una cortesía de 15 minutos de espera. Transcurrido este tiempo, se podrá aplicar un cargo adicional o considerar el servicio como "No Show". Departure / Point-to-Point Transfers: A 15-minute courtesy wait is provided. After this time, an additional charge may apply or the service may be considered a "No Show".
• Llegadas al Aeropuerto: Monitoreamos su vuelo en tiempo real. Se otorga una cortesía de 2 horas para la Terminal 2 y 1 hora para la Terminal 1 a partir del aterrizaje efectivo. Airport Arrivals: We monitor your flight in real time. A 2-hour courtesy wait is provided for Terminal 2 and 1 hour for Terminal 1, starting from the actual landing time.

Responsabilidad sobre Equipaje y Objetos Personales Liability for Baggage and Personal Items

Brumea Journeys no se hace responsable por la pérdida o daño de objetos personales dejados en los vehículos. Sin embargo, nuestro equipo de Concierge 24/7 hará todo lo posible por localizar y retornar artículos olvidados. Brumea Journeys is not liable for the loss or damage of personal items left in vehicles. However, our 24/7 Concierge team will make every effort to locate and return forgotten items.

Conducta del Pasajero y Seguridad Passenger Conduct and Safety

Nos reservamos el derecho de interrumpir o negar el servicio, sin derecho a reembolso, si el Usuario: We reserve the right to interrupt or refuse service, without refund, if the User:

• Muestra una conducta violenta o irrespetuosa hacia el Conductor (Chofer). Displays violent or disrespectful conduct toward the Chauffeur.
• Pone en riesgo la seguridad del trayecto o la integridad del vehículo. Endangers the safety of the journey or the integrity of the vehicle.
• Consume sustancias ilegales dentro de la unidad. Consumes illegal substances inside the vehicle.
